1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging NE Global EduCare's services — whether online, in-person, via phone, or through digital messaging platforms such as WhatsApp — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are a parent or legal guardian completing an enquiry or registering on behalf of a minor student, you accept these Terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for ensuring compliance with them.
2. Our Services
NE Global EduCare provides education consultancy services to students from Northeast India seeking to pursue MBBS and BDS degrees abroad. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Free initial career counselling and eligibility assessment
- Country and college shortlisting based on academic profile and budget
- Application submission and documentation support
- Admission letter and offer letter follow-up with partner universities
- Guidance on student visa applications and embassy interviews
- Pre-departure orientation and travel assistance
- Post-arrival support and accommodation coordination
- Ongoing communication with enrolled students and their families
The scope of services provided to any individual client is defined by the terms agreed upon during initial counselling and any subsequently signed service agreement or enrollment form.
3. Eligibility
To engage our services for MBBS or BDS admissions abroad, the following minimum eligibility criteria generally apply:
- Completion of Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects
- A minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB subjects (45% for reserved category candidates as per NMC norms)
- A valid NEET score (as mandated by the National Medical Commission of India for students intending to practice in India)
- Age of at least 17 years at time of admission
Specific colleges and countries may have additional requirements. It is the student's responsibility to verify eligibility before applying. We will advise you accordingly during counselling, but final eligibility determinations rest with the respective universities and regulatory authorities.
4. Enquiries and Counselling
Initial enquiries submitted via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or social media are free of charge. These do not create a binding service relationship.
Free counselling sessions are offered to help students understand their options. These sessions are informational in nature. Advice given during free counselling is non-binding and general in nature; it does not constitute a guarantee of admission or a specific outcome.
Detailed, personalised guidance — including documentation support, application filing, and admission coordination — is available upon entering into a formal service agreement with NE Global EduCare.
By submitting an enquiry form on our website, you consent to being contacted via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS in connection with your enquiry. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Application and Admission Process
5.1 Document Submission
Students must provide accurate, complete, and genuine academic documents, identity proof, and other required materials. Submission of forged, falsified, or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services without refund. We reserve the right to report such instances to relevant authorities.
5.2 Timelines
Admission timelines are primarily determined by partner universities and destination country authorities. NE Global EduCare will make best efforts to adhere to communicated timelines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by universities, embassies, courier services, or regulatory agencies.
5.3 Application Accuracy
Students are responsible for reviewing all application forms and submitted information for accuracy before submission. Once applications are submitted to universities, corrections may be difficult or impossible. We are not liable for errors in applications resulting from inaccurate information provided by the student or their family.
5.4 University Deadlines
Admission intakes are time-sensitive. Failure to submit required documents or fees by university-stipulated deadlines may result in losing the allocated seat. NE Global EduCare shall communicate all known deadlines but is not responsible for missed deadlines due to student or parent delays.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
6.1 Consultancy Fees
NE Global EduCare charges a consultancy service fee for admission coordination, documentation, and support services. The exact fee amount, payment schedule, and included services will be communicated to you during counselling and confirmed in the service agreement.
6.2 University/College Fees
Tuition fees, hostel fees, and other charges levied by universities are separate from our consultancy fee. These are payable directly to the respective institution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 Payment Methods
Payments may be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, or other methods as communicated by our team. Always request and retain a receipt for every payment made.
6.4 Late Payments
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays in processing your application or, in extreme cases, loss of your allocated seat. NE Global EduCare is not liable for consequences arising from payment delays on the part of the student or their family.
6.5 No Unofficial Payments
All payments must be made through official channels only. NE Global EduCare does not authorise any staff member or associate to collect cash payments without issuing an official receipt. Report any unofficial payment demands to our management immediately at info@neglobaleducare.com.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Consultancy Fee Refunds
Consultancy fees paid to NE Global EduCare are generally non-refundable once services have commenced (i.e., once documentation has been initiated or an application has been submitted on your behalf). This is because our costs — including staff time, communication, and processing — are incurred upfront.
7.2 Refundable Scenarios
A partial or full refund of the consultancy fee may be considered in the following cases:
- We are unable to secure an admission offer from any of the agreed shortlisted colleges
- The student visa is rejected despite complete and accurate documentation submission
- Services were not delivered as agreed in the signed service agreement
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the triggering event. Each case will be evaluated on its merits.
7.3 University Fee Refunds
Fees paid directly to universities are governed by those institutions' own refund policies. NE Global EduCare has no authority over university refund decisions. We will, however, assist you in formally requesting a refund from the institution where applicable.
7.4 No Refund for Student Withdrawal
No refund will be issued if a student withdraws from the process after an admission offer has been secured and accepted, except under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
8. Student and Parent Responsibilities
By engaging our services, students and their parents/guardians agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents at all times
- Promptly respond to requests for additional documents or information
- Attend scheduled counselling sessions or give advance notice of cancellations
- Make payments on agreed schedules
- Inform us immediately of any changes in academic results, NEET scores, contact information, or personal circumstances that may affect eligibility or application
- Understand the academic, cultural, and legal requirements of the destination country
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the enrolled university and the laws of the destination country
- Maintain required academic performance as stipulated by the university for MBBS/BDS program continuation
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NE Global EduCare and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of admission opportunity due to circumstances beyond our control (university policy changes, government regulations, force majeure events)
- Delays or failures in visa processing by embassies or consulates
- Changes in the MBBS/BDS curriculum, recognition status, or accreditation of partner institutions
- Student academic performance or failure after admission
- Political, civil, or health emergencies in the destination country
- Financial loss arising from currency exchange, bank transfer delays, or university fee changes
Our total cumulative liability to any client shall in no event exceed the total consultancy fee paid by that client to NE Global EduCare.
10. No Guarantee of Admission
NE Global EduCare provides guidance and support services. We do not guarantee admission to any specific college or university. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions and are subject to their own selection criteria, seat availability, and policies.
We do not guarantee any specific visa outcome. Visa decisions are made by the embassies or consulates of the destination country, and NE Global EduCare has no influence over those decisions.
Any representation by our staff suggesting a guaranteed admission or visa approval should be considered informal and not binding. Please contact our management if you receive such representations at info@neglobaleducare.com.
